Shipping policy
Riviera offers free shipping on all prepaid orders deliverable across India. Once dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times may vary depending on the destination but generally fall within 4 to 6 business days.
Customers are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of placing an order to avoid any delays or loss of shipment.
Riviera reserves the right to verify and validate the information provided by the user at any time. If any of the details are found to be incorrect—either wholly or in part— Riviera may, at its sole discretion, cancel the registration and restrict the user from accessing services on this website or any affiliated platforms, without prior notice.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer (such as a wrong name, address, or contact number), any additional cost incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
All listed product prices include applicable taxes and duties for deliveries within India. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or logistical disruptions). Riviera shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery due to such events.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Riviera does not offer returns or exchanges on products once purchased.
However, customers may request order cancellation with a valid reason only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted.
In case of an approved cancellation (before dispatch), no monetary refund will be provided. Instead, customers can opt for an exchange with another Riveira product of the same or higher value, by paying the difference.
If a product is missing, tampered with, or damaged during transit, customers must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery and include a mandatory unboxing video. The product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days. Failing to do so will void the claim, and Riviera will not be liable.
To report such issues, please contact info@rivieratele.com. We promise a prompt response. Riviera will investigate the issue and may choose to repair or replace the product at our discretion. All related courier costs will initially be borne by the customer. Riviera will reimburse applicable shipping costs only after the product is repaired or replaced and the claim is verified.
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory when raising a claim for a wrong, empty, or damaged product. Claims without an unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
